 Hi, and welcome to my site! I’m Crystal – a Texas born and bred wordsmith and virtual assistant currently living in the greater Houston area.  I consider myself a life-long aficionado of all-things English.  My mother’s Gregg’s Reference Manual was constantly in hand as early as elementary school, and English was my favorite subject. Can you believe I made my first attempt at writing a novel in the fourth grade? 

During my sophomore year at U of H (Go, Coogs!), I tutored at-risk high school students, and I was recruited by the UHD Writing and Reading Center’s director when I returned to school years later. 

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Professional Writing and Technical Communication, which makes me well-equipped to help you with your proofreading, editing, and writing needs.

With my background in Customer, Administrative, Technical Support, Sales, and Human Resources, I have a well-rounded skillset to support you as you grow and scale your business. I’ve worked closely with professionals in industries ranging from healthcare to law to real estate, as well as the independent small-business owner with an eBay storefront.
